Attorney Lauryn E. Parks is a Partner with the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. Ms. Parks has a wide array of experience in employment litigation matters, including litigating breach of restrictive covenant and non-solicitation agreements, wage and hour disputes, and a variety of federal and state employment discriminations claims. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and business disputes, including declaratory judgments, contract disputes, construction and real estate litigation, and matters involving various injunctive and equitable remedies. Ms. Parks has experience in all aspects of litigation and appellate law, including pre-trial discovery, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, first-chair trial experience, handling proceedings before various municipal and administrative agencies, and arguing before the appellate court. Ms. Parks also consults with and advises employers and executive-level employees regarding employment agreements, restrictive covenants, compensation issues, employee handbooks, and employee separations.
