Robin C. Conter joined Momkus LLP in 2024 as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Transaction group. He has experience forming new business entities, advising established businesses on a wide variety of governance and transactional issues, handling mergers and acquisitions within various industries, and advising on other business and contractual matters.
Robin earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017 and his law degree, with a certificate in business law, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020. During law school, Robin worked with the C-K Law Group in their business law clinic, where he advised numerous individuals and groups on various business matters. Robin was also a member of the Hispanic Latino Law Students Association and the Corporate Law Society.
