Savannah Slamans is an Associate in the Corporate Transaction group. Her practice focuses on counseling business organizations in common transactional matters such as entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and reorganizations.
Savannah graduated from Florida College in 2016. In 2019, she graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, she earned a certificate in Tax Law, worked in the Federal Tax Clinic where she represented low income taxpayers in disputes against the IRS, and was a member of both the Consumer Law Review and the Business Law Society.
